SHIPPING: Our policy is simple. We charge $4.50 for the first choker and $1.00 for each additional choker shipped in the USA and Canada. Orders are shipped via first class US Postal Service. There will be an additional charge of $8.50 for shipments to those European countries to which the US postal service provides Priority mail service.
DELIVERY: Your order will be shipped in a discreet, plain bubble pack envelope within seven days from the date you ordered it. If we are out of stock on an item you will be notified immediately by e-mail to the address you provided during the ordering process.
PRIVACY: We believe that your life and your personal information belongs only to you. We keep your information completely private and use it only to process your order. We NEVER sell it, rent it or provide it to a third party for any commercial use.
PAYMENT METHODS: ChoKerZ4Men accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express which is processed under a secure payment system.
RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, please return the item in it's original condition within seven days of receipt. Once it arrives at our warehouse your account will be credited for the full amount of the item less the original shipping cost. E-mail us in advance of returning the item.
EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with an item and would like to exchange it please e-mail us and also let us know which item you would prefer instead. We will let you know if the replacement style you selected is available. If it is then you may send the item in it's original condition for exchange. Once it is received we will ship you the new item and only charge you the shipping fee. We will either credit or debit your account based on the cost difference between the original item and the new replacement.
MAINTENANCE: It is our hope that you enjoy your ChoKerZ4Men jewelry for many years. We suggest that you use a silver polishing cloth periodically to remove tarnish and that you keep your necklace in a dry place. Since exposure to air promotes tarnish we recommend that you place it in a treated plastic bag when not being worn. To keep your choker looking fresher longer we suggest that you do not wear it when bathing, showering or swimming. We also suggest that you periodically use a silver wash or polish to clean your sterling necklace or back neck chain extension. If you experience a problem through normal wear with any of our products please let us know so that we can repair it for you.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel an order as long as the order status is "in process". If order status is "shipped" it cannot be cancelled.
